Precision Engineering

The LockSleeve eliminates welding by creating a mechanically interlocked O-ring seal between the compressor cover and the outlet flange using a precision-machined screw-together ferrule.

As the two halves of the collar are torqued together, the LockSleeve engages an internal O-ring that forms a high-pressure seal between the compressor cover and the sleeve. The O-ring provides airtight integrity, while the outer sleeve delivers mechanical retention — combining the reliability of a welded joint with the serviceability of a mechanical fitting.
